Payment Methods:

Refunds and Returns:

Refunds and returns may be subject to TransData's separate refund policy, which shall be provided to the Customer upon request or published on TransData's official website. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used by the Customer.

Disputed Charges:

If the Customer believes that a charge has been made in error or fraudulently, the Customer must notify TransData immediately for investigation. TransData will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute or discrepancy promptly and in good faith.

Stored Payment Methods:

By providing payment information to TransData, Customer grants permission for TransData to store and securely maintain the provided payment information for future transactions. In the event of outstanding invoices or unpaid balances, TransData reserves the right to use any stored payment method to charge the outstanding amounts, without requiring additional authorization from the Customer.

Currency and Exchange Rates:

All payments made to TransData shall be in the currency specified during the transaction. If the payment is made in a different currency, exchange rates and associated fees may apply, as determined by the payment service provider or financial institution involved.

Modifications and Amendments:

TransData reserves the right to modify or amend these payment terms and conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the Customer through appropriate channels, such as email, website notifications, or updated terms and conditions published on TransData's official website.

Governing Law:
